The Redokss San production process includes the following stages

1. Making the mold (matrix)

To build the matrix mold, the approved 3D model is machined by high-precision milling on modern CNC equipment. This produces master models with perfect geometry and a high level of detail, ready for further shaping and the production of composite products.

After machining, the model is finished and coated with a special layer of materials to form the matrix.

2. Applying the reinforcing layers

First layer — chopped-strand glass mat (crushed fiberglass bound together). It gives the structure its rigidity.

Second layer — polyester resin. Impregnating the glass mat with polyester resin creates a strong bond and improves the product's mechanical properties.

Additional layers of fiberglass — depending on the strength required, several layers of fiberglass cloth or mat impregnated with polyester resin may be applied.

3. Curing and finishing

Once all layers are applied, the product is placed in a heat chamber or left at room temperature to cure. During curing, the polyester resin hardens into a single, durable structure.

The product is then removed from the mold. Machining follows: sanding the edges, polishing, and drilling holes for the siphon and faucet.
