Delivery options and shipping costs

All Redokss San basins ship from Ukraine. Estimated delivery is 5–12 days. We provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note: we do not accept returns for items that have already been installed. We recommend reviewing product photos and specifications carefully before purchasing to ensure the basin meets your expectations.

How do I return an item?

If the wrong product was delivered and a return is required, email us at info@redokss-san.com with a copy of your invoice and a photo of the package. We will promptly replace the item and arrange transport of the existing item within 3 days.

How will I be refunded?

If a refund is approved, Redokss San will request the information needed to process it, along with a copy of your invoice, and reimburse the funds. Please note that for damage caused by Redokss San, we reserve the right to replace the product with an equivalent item first.
