An order placed through the online store is an offer by the customer to purchase. After you complete an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout. The contract of sale is formed when the seller confirms the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including:

• the item is unavailable;
• a technical error in the system;
• an incorrectly listed price;
• suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is canceled, the customer will be notified.

3. Prices and payment

Product prices are shown in the store in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through the secure payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

Items ship from Ukraine to the address provided by the customer. Estimated delivery is 5–12 days. Delivery times may be affected by product availability, the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond the seller's control. Shipping cost is shown at checkout. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

5. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate order details, including name, shipping address, and contact information. Incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery.

6. Returns

Return conditions are described in our Refund Policy. Please review it before placing an order.

7. Defects and damaged items

The seller is responsible for ensuring delivered goods match the description in the store. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@redokss-san.com. Each case is reviewed individually and the customer is informed of the next steps.

9. Intellectual property
